Working Principle
Condensate flows through the inlet port and collects in the housing. When the liquid reaches a predetermined level, the float rises, which in turn opens the needle valve. This releases the pressure that is being exerted on the diaphragm.
The diaphragm then lifts, opening the path for the condensate to be drained. As the condensate level in the housing drops, the float lowers, causing the needle valve to close. This creates pressure on the diaphragm, which seals the condensate drain path, preventing any compressed air from escaping.
Zero Air Loss Operation
The condensate drain port opens only when the required amount of condensate has accumulated. This precise and automatic action ensures that no compressed air is lost during the draining process.
